    • Unauthorized use of our system is strictly prohibited.
  4. Payments & Billing
    • All invoices are payable in the currency specified.
    • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
    • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
  5. Acceptable Use Policy
    • Clients may not use our hosting to host illegal content, malware, spam, or infringing material.
    • We reserve the right to suspend services for violations.
  6. Service Availability
    • We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
    • Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of our services.
    • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups.
  8. Termination
    • Either party may terminate services with written notice.
    • Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
